Krystal Forscutt was born on July 12, 1986 in Batemans Bay, New South Wales, Australia. Krystal worked as a retail assistant at Bateman’s Bay before winning her big break when she was chosen to join Australia’s Big Brother house during the 2006 season. Since Krystal Forscutt appeared on the show with her mom Karen without the viewers knowing they’re related, both Forscutt ladies made Big Brother history as the first mother and daughter contestants to compete in one season. While Karen Forscutt was voted off the show on day 22, Karen became a favorite contestant and was only evicted in the end of the season.
Despite her loss on Big Brother, Krystal Forscutt joined the show’s tour, traveling over a dozen cities in Australia and became the most successful contestant on that season. She also took part on the Big Brother 6 Finale performance, where Krystal sang and danced with her fellow contestants.
Krystal’s airtime on Big Brother led to several offers, including covers for magazines such as Ralph, FHM and Zoo Magazine. Krystal Forscutt even landed a regular position at Zoo Weekly Magazine, appearing as its spokesperson, writing on a regular column and gracing the magazine covers several times. she also worked as a host for Zoo Weekly’s “Real Girl of the Year” events, which was held in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
After ranking #1 on the 2006 “Zoo Weekly Best Celebrity Body,” Krystal Forscutt has been signed on by the UK Zoo Weekly to appear on their weekly Hotlist, wherein she features the week’s hottest bodies as voted by the magazine’s readers.
Aside from her Zoo Weekly and Big Brother gigs, Krystal Forscutt also appeared on “Friday Night Live” and “Rove.” In September 2006, she co-hosted the Red Cross Youth Awards in Sydney. Krystal also made history for being the only Australian talent ever to be given a character for the “Need For Speed” video game series. Krystal Forscutt lent her voice and appearance for the “Need for Speed: ProStreet.” In 2007, Krystal joined the Australian dancing competition “It Takes Two” and appeared for two episodes. Since January 2008, she appeared on the “Benny and Richie Show” as a regular guest. In October of that same year, Forscutt made a guest-appearance on “Packed to the Rafters.”
Dubbed as the “Zoo Goddess,” Krystal Forscutt has numerous projects in line for 2009 and 2010. With her career skyrocketing not only in Australia, but also in other parts of the world, Forscutt will undoubtedly be a talent to watch out.
